sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr mix. Add thawed spinach. Mix well. Chill. Serve with sour dough bread.

Make sure the spinach is well drained. You can

Quickly add the cream cheese and stir until melted, then immediately remove from the heat.

Cover and chill 4-36 hours; when ready to serve check consistency- add a little extra milk if you prefer it to be a little thinner.
Thaw and squeeze dry the spinach.

In a medium bowl, blend vegetable recipe soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and Lea & Perrins sauce.
Stir in spinach and water chestnuts.
Put mixture in serving bowl and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips, salsa and extra sour cream. Also good with crumbled Blue cheese sprinkled in mixture.
Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature so it mixes easier with other ingredients.
