Place fish on a large baking tray.

Wash all the fish and dry on paper towels.<
Place flour and fish pieces in a plastic bag
Place fish on large piece of aluminum foil.
Cover with barbecue sauce.
Alternate potatoes, mushrooms, onion, celery and cauliflower or broccoli.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap edges of aluminum foil up over top of fish and fold over itself.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are done.
Saute the onions and celery in the olive oil.
Line a baking dish with the onions and celery.
Mix a box of Stove Top stuffing as directed.
Put a thin layer of dressing over onions and celery. Next, you put a layer of fish, a layer of dressing and keep building with fish and dressing, making the last layer or top dressing.
Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Pour butter over single layer of fish in a 10-inch Corning Ware or any microwavable dish.
Pour lemon juice over fish. Sprinkle with parsley and all of the Ritz cracker crumbs.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave 5 minutes on High.
Rotate dish and cook 6 more minutes on High.
Make Rich Tea Biscuit dough, adding more milk to make a drop biscuit dough. Spread the dough 1/2 inch deep in an oblong 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Peel and pare apples; cut in eighths. Press apple slices into top of dough very close together. (It won't hurt if more than a layer thick.) Dot with butter or oleo. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Serve warm or cold with Lemon Sauce (recipe follows).
Place the fish in bottom of glass pan.
Cover with milk up to top of fish.
Dot in several places with butter.
Seasonings may be added.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until flaky, about 75 minutes.
Combine seasonings and sprinkle on both sides of fish. Make a sauce with the melted butter, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Baste fish with sauce mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Halfway through, turn over and baste again with sauce mixture.

Combine 2 cups flour
Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
Season breadcrumbs with parmesan, herbs, salt and pepper.
Start to heat oil in frying pan. I use a ridged pan.
While oil is heating, dip each piece of fish in flour, then in beaten egg, then in seasoned breadcrumbs.
Cook fish in hot oil until done, and nicely browned.
Drain on paper towels.
