Fish Baked In Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 3/4 fillets of fish
milk
butter

Preparation

Place the fish in bottom of glass pan.
Cover with milk up to top of fish.
Dot in several places with butter.
Seasonings may be added.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until flaky, about 75 minutes.
