Baked Fish(Serves One) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fillet of fish
Cajun barbecue sauce
1 medium potato, sliced
4 or 5 medium mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
cauliflower or broccoli, cut up
Preparation
-
Place fish on large piece of aluminum foil.
Cover with barbecue sauce.
Alternate potatoes, mushrooms, onion, celery and cauliflower or broccoli.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap edges of aluminum foil up over top of fish and fold over itself.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are done.
