Soy sauce : Mirin : Sugar : Water (ratio 6:3:1:1).

Add warishita(sukiyaki sauce).
Add all materials until it get boiled.

Cook a recipe of rice a day ahead of time.
One cup dry rice to 2 cups water.
It is better if it has dried out, but it can be made early and cooled.
Brown diced bacon (crisp) in a skillet.
Do not pour off the drippings.
Push bacon to side and turn down heat. Next, break in 3 or 4 whole eggs and scramble in the bacon drippings.
Add the rice and 3 or 4 cut up green onion tops and all.
Add soy sauce until it is as brown as desired.
Stir and cook on low heat 15 to 20 minutes, then serve.

Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered and for 1/2 hour uncovered.
Last 15 minutes of baking, add 1 medium can of Chinese noodles.
Put back in oven.
Brown meat in 2 tablespoons oil oil until crumbly.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Put in a greased casserole and bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more. Spread one can of Chinese noodles over top.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve over two cans of Chinese noodles.
Makes about 12 servings.
Brown meat; add all ingredients. Mix well and place in baking dish (9 x 13-inches). Top with can of Chinese noodles. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Serves 8.
Slice the radishes finely. Add all the other ingredients, leaving some coriander (cilantro) leaves for a garnish and mix thoroughly.
Put the radish pickle into an attractive serving dish and just before serving scatter the remaining coriander (cilantro) leaves over the top as a garnish.
Serve with all types of Chinese and Oriental food.
