Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. loose sausage (or sausage links, cut up)
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    4 or 5 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat; add all ingredients. Mix well and place in baking dish (9 x 13-inches). Top with can of Chinese noodles. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Serves 8.
