Vegan Oatmeal Pancakes With Banana

Stir batter together, may have lumps, that is OK.
let sit 1 min while you heat skillet to medium.
dissolve 1 tsp of coconut oil in skillet, pour in batter. Cook until bubbles form/pop and edges of pancake get browned, flip cook 1-2 mins more.
Top with very thin slices of banana on each pancake and serve with warm maple syrup. AMAZING! Makes approx 6 pancakes.

Oatmeal Pancakes

Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray.
In bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon.
In small bowl, mix together milk, egg whites and oil.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
Stir just until moistened.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter on top griddle for each pancake.
When tops are covered with bubbles, flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve with fruit sauce. (Recipe follows.)

Blueberry Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes

Mix oatmeal and buttermilk.
Add eggs.
Combine dry ingredients separately.
Add to the oatmeal mixture.
Stir in the butter.
Gently stir in the blueberries (or add 10-12 blueberries to each pancakes after pouring the batter on the griddle).
Cook on hot greased griddle until bubbles show through.
Flip and cook on other side until golden brown.

Lucina'S Oatmeal Pancakes

Combine the oatmeal with the milk and let stand for about 5 minutes.
Add the eggs and oil to the oatmeal mixture.
Sift dry ingredients and add to the oatmeal mixture.
Cook over medium heat.
Makes about 12 pancakes.

Oatmeal Pancakes

Mix oatmeal, milk and egg whites.
Let stand at least 1/2 hour or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Bake on hot, Pammed (lightly oiled) griddle.
Makes 16 (4-inch) pancakes.

Oatmeal Pancakes

Makes about 12 4 inch pancakes. Can substitute powdered buttermilk for liquid buttermilk.
Mix the powder to equal 2 cups buttermilk into oatmeal.
Then add 2 Cups hot tap water and let it soak.

Oatmeal Pancakes

Combine oatmeal and buttermilk and let stand for 2 minutes. Beat in oil, eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients. Add dry to wet, stirring only until combined. Cook in a large skillet or electric skillet (mine was heated to between 350 and 400) coated with non-stick spray.
Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side (bubbles will NOT form like regular pancakes).
These can be refrigerated or frozen for later enjoyment!

Fat Free Oatmeal Pancakes

Combine oats and buttermilk. Set aside.
Place egg substitute in a separate bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add oatmeal mixture and mix well. Gently fold in egg substitute.
Coat a griddle with nonstick cooking spray (make sure to coat well or the pancakes will stick) and heat to 300\u00b0F.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter on griddle and cook until tops are bubbly, turn and cook for 1 more minute.

Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes

The night before, combine the buttermilk and oatmeal. Mix and refrigerate.
Add lightly beaten eggs, butter, and raisins. Stir.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to oat mixture.
Spoon 1/3 cup of batter to griddle and cook until tops are bubbling.
Turn and cook other side until brown.
Serve with maple syrup. Makes about 12 pancakes.
