Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. skim milk
2 egg whites
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray.
In bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon.
In small bowl, mix together milk, egg whites and oil.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
Stir just until moistened.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter on top griddle for each pancake.
When tops are covered with bubbles, flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve with fruit sauce. (Recipe follows.)
