Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal
    1/4 c. low fat cottage cheese or tofu
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Process all the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add the batter and cook over medium heat until both sides are lightly browned. You can also make smaller pancakes. Top with any low-sugar or sugar free syrup. This has 32 grams carbohydrate.
