Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
    2 c. skim milk
    3 egg whites
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix oatmeal, milk and egg whites.
    Let stand at least 1/2 hour or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir.
    Bake on hot, Pammed (lightly oiled) griddle.
    Makes 16 (4-inch) pancakes.
