Ingredients

1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1 tsp. soda
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix oatmeal and buttermilk; let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
Beat in eggs, then dry ingredients.
Fry in lightly greased skillet. Makes 12 (4-inch) pancakes.
