Strawberry Layer Gelatin

Prepare gelatin according to the recipe on the box.
Divide in half.
Place other half in serving bowl and refrigerate until set. Refrigerate other half until thick.
I use the quick-set recipe on box being careful to remove all remaining ice cubes.

Orange Cloud(Diabetic Recipe)

Prepare gelatin according to package directions, substituting ginger ale for cold water.
Pour 1 cup gelatin in metal bowl; divide remaining gelatin among four 4-ounce glasses.
Chill bowl and glasses 1 hour.
Set 8 orange segments aside; divide remaining segments between glasses.
Using spoon, poke into gelatin.
Whisk 1/2 cup yogurt into gelatin in bowl until well blended.
Pour over gelatin layer in glasses.
Chill until set, about 1 1/2 hours. Garnish with reserved orange segments and the remaining yogurt.

Stir 1 cup of the boiling water into lemon gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Set lemon gelatin aside to cool. Add lemon gelatin gradually to dressing, mixing until blended. Gently fold in whipped topping; pour into greased 2-quart mold. Refrigerate until almost set.

Bring juice to a boil; add gelatin, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Combine pineapple and milk in blender; blend well. Add gelatin mixture, almond extract and ice.

Stir boiling water into gelatin.
Dissolve completely.

Chill at least 3 hours. Jigglers will be firm after 1 hour, but may be difficult to remove from pan.
To cut Jigglers, dip bottom of pan in warm water for 15 seconds to loosen gelatin.
Cut shapes with cookie cutters all the way through the gelatin.
Lift from the pan with index finger or metal spatula.

Pink Lemonade Pie(Low-Fat Recipe)

Place evaporated milk in a plastic bowl in freezer just until ice crystals begin to form around edges.
Let gelatin and water stand in a large glass measuring cup for 5 minutes for gelatin to soften.
Stir in lemonade concentrate.
Heat in small saucepan over medium-high heat (or in microwave on High for 3 minutes) to dissolve gelatin.
Set aside for 5 minutes to cool.

My Best Recipe Salad Mold

Drain pineapple.
Heat syrup to a boil; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Set aside to cool.
Combine cream cheese, pineapple, pimento, celery and salt.
Blend well.
Fold into cooled gelatin.
Whip cream until stiff and fold into gelatin. Turn mixture into a mold and chill.
Unmold and serve on crisp greens.
(Makes 6 to 8 servings.)

Dissolve gelatin in cold water; set aside.<

Waterproof Glue Recipe

In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
Set aside to soften.
Heat milk to boiling point and pour into softened gelatin.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add oil of cloves as preservative if glue is to be kept for more than a day.
Store glue in a screw-capped jar.
It will gel as it cools, but this will not affect its adhesiveness.
Set jar in a pan of hot water to soften glue for reuse.

Pumpkin Mousse

Mix all together in blender. Fold in 1/4 recipe of Dream Whip. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Serve with bananas (sliced), nuts and vanilla wafers or serve on cake or warm gingerbread.

Fruit And Cottage Cheese Salad(Diabetic Recipe)

Fold together all ingredients.
Do not add water to gelatin! Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Change flavors by using another flavor of gelatin.
Omit mandarin orange slices.
You may fold in some of the fruit to match the jello flavor.

Lime Gelatin Salad

Mix gelatin, sugar, salt, marshmallows and lemon juice in boiling water.
Chill until thick.
Add cottage cheese, Cool Whip, pineapple and nuts.
Chill until set.
Double recipe to fill round mold.
