Hawaiian Dessert(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices dietetic pineapple
    3/4 c. reserved juice
    2 envelopes dietetic lime gelatin
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 c. crushed ice
Preparation
    Bring juice to a boil; add gelatin, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
    Combine pineapple and milk in blender; blend well. Add gelatin mixture, almond extract and ice.
    Mix thoroughly in blender.
    Pour into dessert dishes.
    Chill until set, about 1 hour.
