Beat cream cheese and powdered taco dip and spread on cookie sheet.

Sprinkle with layer of shredded lettuce.

In a 2-quart oblong casserole dish, spread the refried beans, jalapeno peppers and bean dip.
Sprinkle on the cheeses.
Mix sour cream and taco seasoning and smooth on top of cheeses.

Layer each item without mixing in a glass bowl.
Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
Serve with chips or use as a salad. The amounts of green onions, chopped tomatoes and sour cream as well as cheese depends on your taste.
I use the medium-size sour cream and heavy on the grated cheese.
On large plate, spread refried beans; for next layer, add precooked taco meat.
Third layer is sour cream, 4th layer is chopped lettuce, 5th layer is cheese, 6th layer is chopped tomatoes and 7th layer is sliced black olives.
Use Tostitos chips to scoop up taco salad.

Combine bean mixture with seasoning mix and 2 tablespoons sour cream and spread in a 13 x 9-inch serving dish.
Layer avocado dip, rest of sour cream, tomatoes, onions and cheese.
Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
