For the salmon sandwiches, spread 4 slices of white
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker place turkey breasts halves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover; cook on low 7-8 hours.
Remove turkey from slow cooker; cool slightly. Remove 2/3 c juices from slow cooker; place in 1 qt saucepan. Add soup; mix well. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes; stirring occasionally, until hot.
To serve, cut turkey into slice; place on bottom halves of buns. Pour gravy over turkey. Cover with top halves of buns. Serve sanwiches with cranberry sauce.
Heat at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 1/2 hours.
If too soupy, add a little flour.
Spoon onto buns.
Serves about 20. This recipe works well also using chicken, instead of turkey.
Can be made up the day before and refrigerated until ready to bake. Using a crock-pot works well, also.

Add carrots, onion, celery, and spices.
Cook on med until tender.
Stir in gravy.
Heat to boiling; add turkey and heat through.
Place bread slices on serving plates.
Divide turkey and gravy evenly among bread slices.

Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until done, about 3 to 3 1/2 hours, basting every 1/2 hour.
Take turkey out of gravy mixture, debone and put meat back in gravy. Heat and serve in buns.
