Savory Hot Turkey Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can turkey gravy
1/2 lb. sliced, cooked turkey
Preparation

In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat in hot butter, cook carrots, celery and onion with poultry seasoning until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in gravy.
Heat to boiling.
Add turkey slices.
Heat through.
Serve on bread, waffles or biscuits.
Makes 4 servings.
