Cook the meat until brown, then drain.
In a big pot, put the meat, the beans and the can of soup.
Fill the can with water and add that.
Stir all the ingredients together for about 2 minutes. Add the chili powder to taste in the pot.
Put the lid on and cook chili between low and medium for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place ground beef into pot and cook until brown.
Add onion, salt, pepper, chili powder, flour and comino.
Mix well while cooking.
Allow flour to cook for a few minutes with the other ingredients.
Add tomato sauce and 4 or 5 cups of hot water or to the consistency that you want it to be.

Easy Homemade Chili

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the beef and onion and saute until meat is browned and onion is tender. Add the stewed tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, beans and water.
Season with the chili powder, garlic powder, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Cover bottom of skillet with salt (no grease).
Stir in sausage, bacon and seasoning mix.
Add sauces, tomatoes and beans.
Stir well, until tomatoes are chunky throughout mixture.
Cook slowly for 30 to 40 minutes.
Add several slices of American cheese.
Simmer as long as you like. Serve with breaded cheese sticks or crackers.

Althea Walter'S Homemade Chili

Brown beef and onion with salt and pepper.
Add flour and chili powder.
Stir until well blended.
Add tomato sauce and water.
Cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Add chili beans.
Cook 30 minutes longer.
Serve over rice.

Mrs. Smith'S Homemade Chili Beans

Brown ground chuck and onion; add tomato juice.
Mix flour and chili powder together; sprinkle over meat mixture.
Add chili to amount and kind of beans you desire.
Add meat mixture and cook slowly for about 2 hours.

Homemade Chili

Chop onion and garlic (fine), browning in shortening.
Add chili powder and bay leaves.
Add meat.
Add puree, mashed tomatoes and water, then cook slowly for 1/2 hour, or until meat is done.
Thicken with 1/2 cup flour or enough to thicken it. Salt to taste.
