Cook the meat until brown, then drain.
In a big pot, put the meat, the beans and the can of soup.
Fill the can with water and add that.
Stir all the ingredients together for about 2 minutes. Add the chili powder to taste in the pot.
Put the lid on and cook chili between low and medium for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put chili powder seasoning in the ground beef.
Brown the ground beef and then pour it into a larger pan.
After all the seasonings are put into the larger pot, let it simmer for 60 minutes or 1 hour.
