Jackie Ybos' Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    6 heaping tsp. flour
    1 tsp. comino
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion
    6 tsp. chili powder (more chili powder can be added if needed)
    2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Place ground beef into pot and cook until brown.
    Add onion, salt, pepper, chili powder, flour and comino.
    Mix well while cooking.
    Allow flour to cook for a few minutes with the other ingredients.
    Add tomato sauce and 4 or 5 cups of hot water or to the consistency that you want it to be.
