Place all ingredients in a large zipper-type plastic bag, mix well by shaking.
Add meat of choice, ie: 2 large steaks, 6-8 chicken breasts or pork loin chops.
Coat well with marinade.
Lay on side in fridge; turn every 15 minutes for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until ready to grill.
Discard any left over marinade.
Make a maceration of the flowers into 10 liters of the wine for 30 days - stirring once every 7 days.
Filter out the flowers.
Add the sugar and the alcohol that has been heated to 90 degrees Celsius and stir.
Allow the sediment to settle over the next 3 days.
Place in wine bottles and cork.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.

When it calls for white wine, use the White Grape Juice and the same amount of White Wine Vinegar.
The flavor will be very similar to using wines, but without the alcohol.

Combine syrup, wine and apple juice in punch bowl.

Mix last 4 ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
Cover for the first 45 minutes.
Double recipe for 2 cut up chickens.
Add ingredients in the order given, toss gently and serve with your favorite crackers.
I like to serve it with Wheatsworth stone ground wheat crackers.
Recipe yields 6 large salads or 10 small salads.

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Place mix in an airtight container and give with the recipe for Mulled Wine. Yields about 3/4 cup of mix.
Heat butter, lemon juice and white wine to a liquid.
Combine with onion and spices.
Brown the meat in skillet and set aside, draining off excess fat.
Heat the oil in a heavy saucepan.
Add onion and cook until onion is soft and golden.
Add all ingredients, except ground meat, green pepper and raisins.
Stir, lower heat, cover saucepan and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
Stir frequently, returning cover to pan after each stirring.
Add the meat, raisins and green pepper, but if you like crisp pepper, add it just before serving. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
