Emergency Recipe For Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pitted red cherries, well drained
    1 bottle medium priced Port wine
    1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. red currant jelly
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Marinate red cherries in Port wine to cover.
    Melt the currant jelly.
    Add unflavored gelatin.
    Soften in 1/4 cup Port wine. Heat until gelatin is dissolved.
    Set remaining wine aside.
    Throw in the lemon with a dash of hope.
