Recipe For Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
    3 tomatoes, washed and cut into bite-sized slices
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 or 4 green onions, washed, ends cut off and sliced diagonally
    1/2 lb. Greek Feta cheese, crumbled or cut into small pieces
    1 Tbsp. oregano, rubbed between fingers
    1 tsp. Cavenders Greek seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    8 Tbsp. olive oi
    2 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Add ingredients in the order given, toss gently and serve with your favorite crackers.
    I like to serve it with Wheatsworth stone ground wheat crackers.
    Recipe yields 6 large salads or 10 small salads.
