Cover, bake for 1 hour; uncover and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes longer.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese the last 5 minutes of baking.

Heat oven to 425\u00b0F.
In 10 inch skillet (or similar sized cast-iron pan), cook beef until browned; drain grease.
Stir baked beans and barbecue sauce into beef.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and butter until soft dough forms.
Drop dough by 12 spoonfuls onto mixture.
Bake uncovered 18 - 22 minutes (or until topping is golden brown).
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake about 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Gourmet Grits Casserole

Cook grits in boiling water according to package directions. Stir in remaining ingredients except cornflakes and melted butter; mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine cornflakes and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Top with additional paprika. if desired. Bake at 250 degrees 1 1/2 -2 hours, or until set.
Note: Casserole can be prepared a day ahead, covered and refrigerated. Additional baking time may be needed.
