Put layer of crushed tortilla chips on top and cover with layer of grated cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top.
Brown hamburger meat; drain and add rice and beans.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Place in casserole dish and grate cheese over top.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes or so.

Add milk, soup, macaroni, corn, salt and pepper.
Blend cheese through mixture.
Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
