This is my traditional Christmas coffee cake which I bake and give to special friends for their Christmas breakfast.
Line 9 x 13-inch dish with crescent rolls, pushing dough up sides of pan.
Blend sauteed sausage, cheese and 3 eggs together. Pour in sausage mixture; cover with second can of crescent rolls. Brush top of rolls with 1 egg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Make a day ahead and refrigerate.
I prepare this on Christmas Eve and bake it Christmas morning.
This is one of my family favorites.
Choose 2 colors of sugar-free gelatin (for example, red and green for Christmas).
Dissolve large box of gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Add cold water.
Pour half of this into each of two molds or all in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Let stand until firm. Spread on Pineapple Cheat Cake Layer (recipe follows) and top with layer of second color gelatin (mixed as previously stated).

In a 9 x 9-inch pan (spray bottom lightly with Pam), layer bread and ham.
Mix eggs, milk and pepper.
Pour over bread and ham.
Top with cheese and pats of butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until set.

Crumble bread and mix with grated cheese.
Spread this mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch Pam sprayed pan. Beat eggs and milk together.
Add salt and pepper and mustard to this mixture.
Pour this mixture over the bread mixture.
Place bacon strips on top of this.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Christmas morning, bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
In a large baking dish, combine ham, bread, cheese, flour, mustard and butter.
Mix together the eggs, milk and 2 sauces. Pour over bread mixture.
Chill in refrigerator overnight and bake Christmas morning at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.

The assembled cake is 9 x 26 inches long.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine in a large bowl the cake mixes, eggs, butter and orange juice.
Mix at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in grated peel and pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes, then remove from pans.
Place completely cooled cakes upside-down and end to end.
Spread 2 cans frosting on top and sides.
Draw a Christmas tree shape and border in the frosting.
Take the cookie dough; slice on the little lines of dough so you will know where to cut them.
Use bears and Christmas tree cutters.
Put them in the oven.
They show on cookie dough how long to cook.
Eat them!
Cook sausage, breaking it up, and drain.
Mix all ingredients. Put in a 7 x 12-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes prior to cutting.
A little of Tony Chachere seasoning can be added.
This recipe can be altered by using more bread and/or less cheese with same results.
