To prepare steak, rub steak with cumin, 1/2 teaspoons salt, and black pepper. Heat 1 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak to the pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove steak from the pan, and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix together the brown sugar, chili seasoning mix, ranch dressing mix, garlic salt, onion salt, ground black pepper, and steak seasoning. The rub should be smooth and granular, with no large lumps. Store at room temperature in an airtight container until ready to use.
To use, rub the seasoning mix liberally onto the steak or meat of your choice before cooking.
Cut meat into serving pieces.
Rub with salt, pepper, Kitchen Bouquet and Worcestershire sauce.

Select 4 to 5 pound sirloin steak. Rub and press 2 teaspoons cracked or coarsely ground whole black pepper in each side, using the palms of the hand. Let stand at room temperature 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Let fry until brown on both sides, about 15 minutes.
Fill another pan with water and bring to boil.
Take steak out of frying pan and place in water.
Cook in water until you break one open and it's not red in center.
