Chuck Wagon Steak Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
1/4 cup onion powder
1/3 cup fresh-ground coffee

Preparation

Mix all together.
Rub on steaks, chicken, pork, or fish.
Grill, fry, bake, or broil.
Can be stored for up to 5 months in a shaker.
