Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown ground beef with onion and seasoning mix. Drain. Stir in refried beans.
Separate dinner rolls into two rectangles.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, ungreased, press over bottom and 1/2 sides up to form crust sealing perforations.
Spoon meat mixture over crust.
Sprinkle with olives.
Prepare M&C dinner as directed.
Brown meat, celery, green pepper and onion; cook until tender.
Stir in corn, tomato sauce, chili powder, and pepper.
Add M&C dinner; mix well.
Heat through on top of stove or pour into 2 quart casserole; bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Mix thoroughly. May rinse jar with small amount of water and add to meat.
Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.

Heat canola oil in a saucepan over medium heat and saute and rice just until golden.
Add the onions and garlic and saute for a couple of minutes.
Stir in tomatoes (including juice), the rest of the broth, and bell pepper. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat, cover for 20 to 25 minutes , or until all absorbed.

Brown onion in hot fat; add meat and brown until crumbly.
Add seasonings, soup and water.
Bring just to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Pour corn bread batter over meat in skillet.

Top with your choice of thin sliced deli meats, then top with grated cheddar cheese.
Roll up jellyroll fashion - cut into 5 slices. Bake according to directions on dinner roll pkg.
Makes 20 snacks. These are quick to make and freeze easily.
Mix the ingredients in a pan on the stove over low heat and warm thoroughly.
Stir slowly and it makes a good dip for Doritoes, etc.
It's very good with a Mexican dinner or anytime.

Combine potatoes, oil, Mexican seasoning, and garlic salt together in a bowl; stir to coat potatoes completely. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are crisp and golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
Transfer potatoes to a plate and top with Mexican cheese blend, black beans, diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and green chiles.
