Add the peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. This is a good recipe for a busy day.

Place in hot oil in electric skillet.
Brown on both sides.
Add cubed potatoes, soup and water.
Cook on low until potatoes are tender. Serve with salad or vegetable for a quick meal.
