Green Papaya Salad From Quick & Easy Thai Recipes

Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Quick & Easy Pasta And Potato

Add the cubed potatoes and cabbage/spinach to a pot of boiling salted water. Boil for 5 minutes then add the pasta and boil for 12 more minutes.
In the meantime, melt the butter then add the garlic and fry for a couple of minutes.
Drain the potatoes and pasta, then into a large bowl start adding layers of potato+cabbage/spinach+pasta, and cheddar and parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, pour the melted butter over the dish. Serve while hot.

Quick & Easy Pasta Carbonara

Cook pasta 8-9 minutes per package directions; drain.
Meanwhile melt butter in saucepan; stir in cheese then milk; cook, stirring, over medium heat until almost boiling.
Slowly add a small amount of hot mixture to eggs, stirring; pour tempered egg mixture into saucepan; cook, stirring, over low heat until sauce is hot; stir in bacon and pasta; toss until evenly coated.

Quick And Easy Pasta With Mushroom And Rosemary Sauce

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packet. When it is cooked, drain it.
Stir in the soup (without diluting), rosemary and cream.
Season to taste. If serving straight away, heat through and serve.

Cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Drain pasta; toss with shrimp mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon peel.

Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta cooks, rinse mushrooms well (they are loaded with salt!).
Drain pasta and put in large serving bowl.
Add EVOO, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Italian Seasonings, Garlic Pepper and toss to coat.

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain.
In a skillet, heat oil and then saute garlic and pepper until pepper is tender.
Remove from skillet.
Brown beef.
Add pepper and garlic.
Add spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Heat through.
Mix pasta and sauce.
Turn into a 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted.

Mid-Summer Pasta

Let marinate at room temperature for at least 2 hours the olive oil, garlic, fresh basil, dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes and fresh ground pepper to taste.
Cook pasta al dente (do not overcook). Drain and add immediately to oil marinade.
Toss well and serve. Quick, easy and delicious!

Quick And Easy Pasta Soup

Combine tomato sauce and chicken broth.
Prepare pasta according to package.
Microwave mixed vegetables according to package.

Quick 'N Easy Pasta & Bean Soup

Cook bacon in saucepan until almost done.
Stir in onion, celery, carrots and garlic and cook until almost tender.
Stir in tomatoes and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
Stir in broth and beans and heat to boiling.
Stir in pasta and cook for approximately 8 to 10 minutes or til done.
If soup becomes too thick, add a little water.

Quick & Easy Chili Pasta

Place the oil in large saucepan, over medium heat, add beef and onion, cook stirring 10 minutes, drain any fat. Add chili powder, cook stirring 1 minute. Add salsa, corn, kidney bean and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low and cook, covered, for 20-30 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Meanwhile cook pasta, until tender. Drain well, add to chili mixture and stir well. Serve immediately sprinkled with shredded cheese.

Cold Quick And Easy Pasta Sauce

Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in a bowl, and toss to combine.
Cook pasta, toss with sauce, sprinkle with cheese.

Easy Pasta Salad

Cook your pasta per package directions. Drain and cool. Add a little vinegrette so pasta will not stick.
While pasta is cooking, thaw shrimp, peel and cut into thirds, place on paper towels to dry, wrap with paper towels and refigerate until needed.
Chop tomatoes. Cut Basil into ribbons.
Combine the cooled pasta, shrimp, tomato, basil, chopped garlic and toss with the vinegrette. Add the pepper flakes to taste, shredded mozzerella and toss again. Serve over arugala or chopped greens and serve with good bread.

Easy Pasta Salad

Cook the pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until just tender. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water; drain well. Transfer to a large bowl and allow to cool.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pasta and toss to combine. Season to taste.

Quick & Easy Chicken Marinara

In a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray cook chicken for approx.
4-5 minutes on each side.
Don't over cook there is additional heating time at the end.
Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add mushrooms, garlic, basil, and Italian seasoning.
Saute until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and red wine.
Add chicken, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until heated through.
Serve over pasta.
