Easy Creamed Chicken

Cook peas, chopped onion and diced potato in just enough water to barely cover.
Add cream of chicken soup, poultry seasoning and parsley.
Stir until soup blends, then add chicken.
If too thick, add little water.
If you have leftover chicken gravy, it will add to the taste also.
Serve over rice or toast.

Heat to a boil, stirring almost constantly.
When boiling, put on very low heat and cover for a few minutes.

Quick & Easy Honey Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Add 1/2 the butter (1/4 c) to 13 x 9 baking pan and put in the oven to melt butter.
Combine Flour, salt and cayenne pepper.
Coat Chicken in Flour mixture.
Take pan with melted butter out of oven.
Put dredged chicken thighs into pan, turning to coat with butter Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Mix brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry powder and remaining butter.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 20 minutes more or until chicken is tender, basting several times with drippings from the pan.

Quick & Easy Broiled Chicken

Prepare marinade in a large Ziplock bag or in a shallow glass dish.
combine mayo, mustard, garlic, salt& pepper.
place chicken in the marinade coating it well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Line a broiler pan with tin-foil, Spray with oil.
Remove chicken from the marinade, Discard marinade.
Broil 4\" from heat turning once (approximately 16 minutes).
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, return to broiler until cheese is golden.
Serve.

Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
Combine the cooked chicken, onion powder, garlic powder and 2 tablespoons cheese; place about 2 tablespoonfuls on the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan combine soup, milk and remaining cheese.
Cook until heated through and cheese is melted.

Leftover Chicken A La King

Combine chicken, vegetables and broth or wine in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Stir all together and let simmer until heated through.
In a small bowl beat cornstarch into evaporated milk and add to chicken mixture. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste, unless leftover chicken has enough of its own seasoning already. Serve hot.

In a large kettle, combine cabbage, peas, corn, carrots, celery, onion, parsley, chicken broth, chicken and enough water to almost cover them.

Heat oil and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Add onions, garlic, ginger, capsicum, carrot and cook for 5 minutes.

Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Boil the water, and dissolve bouillon cubes.
Add seasonings and vegetables and return to a boil.
Add pasta and return to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
Add chicken and heat through till warm.
You can change this to really anything you like, its easy and tasty and very quick, especially if you use leftover chicken.
Tastes great with hot fresh biscuits or a salad.
