Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Cover; microwave on high for 3 minutes or until mixture is simmering.
Add mushrooms.
Cover; microwave at high 6 minutes or until mushrooms are tender but not mushy.
Stir partway through cooking.
Stir in salt, oregano and pepper.
Let stand, covered, for 30 minutes.
Transfer to covered jar or container.
Refrigerate up to 1 week.

Mix in baking mix and milk until dough forms.

Let rise in warm place about 30 minutes or until soft and puffed.

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Coat bottom and sides of 8 x 8-inch pan with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle pan with 3 tablespoons of nuts.
Add remaining nuts, brown sugar and water to butter remaining in saucepan; heat to a boil, stirring frequently.

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. When done, add milk and lay cheese on top

Meanwhile, brown meat and onion together; drain grease.

Throw oil and butter into a glass baking dish and put in oven to melt. I usually use a little more butter and 'cut' it with drizzles of olive oil.
Rinse potatoes and pat dry.
Put potatoes into butter/olive oil mixture and turn to coat.
Liberally sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
As potatoes are baking (about 1/2 hour) keep turning and sprinkling with more parmesan until well coated.
Bake, sprinkle and turn 30 - 40 minutes until potatoes are crispy & golden brown.
Mix 2 cups of flour, the sugar, shortening, salt and yeast in 2 1/2-quart bowl.

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large frying pan, brown ground beef with onion, salt and pepper; drain.
Stir in sour cream.
Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles.
Place rectangles in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust.
Spoon hot mixture into crust.
Top with cheese slices.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until deep, golden brown and crust is no longer doughy.
Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
STEP ONE:
Combine water and yeast in large bowl.
Let the mixture stand until yeast is foamy, about 5 minutes.
In a Dutch oven, brown the steak in oil.
Add the next 8 ingredients; cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours, stirring twice.
Add the peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. This is a good recipe for a busy day.
