Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Add the cubed potatoes and cabbage/spinach to a pot of boiling salted water. Boil for 5 minutes then add the pasta and boil for 12 more minutes.
In the meantime, melt the butter then add the garlic and fry for a couple of minutes.
Drain the potatoes and pasta, then into a large bowl start adding layers of potato+cabbage/spinach+pasta, and cheddar and parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, pour the melted butter over the dish. Serve while hot.
Lightly saute cabbage in butter and oil for a few minutes (should still remain mostly rigid). Set aside.
Brown beef with onions and garlic, drain.
Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT for tomato soup (and the cabbage). Simmer.
Layer a casserole dish with 1/2 the cabbage. Dump in the beef/rice/tomato mixture. Layer top with remaining cabbage. Pour can of condensed soup over top of all.
Cover and bake for at 350 for 1-1.5 hours.
Brown turkey, onion and celery in cooking spray.
Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray and place shredded cabbage in dish.
Top with meat mixture.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 4. Each serving contains 158 calories, 18.9 g protein, 8.7 g fat, 60 mg chol. and 106.5 mg sodium.
Brown hamburger meat. Shred cabbage. Open all cans. Throw in a great big pan. Add 2 cups water. Drop in beef broth cubes. Cook to boil, then turn to medium. It's done when cabbage is tender (about 45 minutes). DELICIOUS! AND QUICK!
Brown ground beef in Dutch oven pan.
Add celery, onion, cabbage and green pepper; stir in rice.
Add remaining ingredients: tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Cover; reduce heat to simmer for 25 minutes.
In a large pot: Brown ground beef, drain any fat.
Add onions and garlic, saute with ground beef until tender.
Note: At this point you place the ground beef mixture and remaining ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Standard stove top cooking: Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
Simmer for 1-2 hours on stove top until cabbage is tender. Stirring occasionally. Check fro additional seasonings.
Serve with a crusty bread.

Cook cabbage in water until tender; drain and place cabbage in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Set aside.
Melt margarine in a saucepan; add soup, cheese, sugar and salt.
Heat gently until cheese is melted.
Pour over cabbage.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 minutes.
Wash and core cabbage; place cabbage on 2 pieces of overlapping Saran Wrap.
Spread butter in cavity of cabbage; pour soy sauce in cavity.
Wrap cabbage tightly and place in a glass pie plate.
