Cabbage Casserole(Quick Stuffed Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup or 1 can tomatoes
    1 can water
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Chop cabbage. Spread in bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Brown meat and onion. Stir in rice, salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture over cabbage.
    Heat tomato soup and water.
    Pour over ingredients. Cover casserole with foil.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
