Easy Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage (about 2 1/4 lb.)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
    hot pepper sauce to taste
    vinegar to taste
Preparation
    Wash and core cabbage; place cabbage on 2 pieces of overlapping Saran Wrap.
    Spread butter in cavity of cabbage; pour soy sauce in cavity.
    Wrap cabbage tightly and place in a glass pie plate.
    Microwave at High for 10 to 12 minutes or until fork-tender, rotating cabbage every 5 minutes.
    Let stand, wrapped, 5 minutes.
