In 6-quart kettle heat tomato paste, beans and water, stirring continuously.
Add ground beef to bean mixture and cook together for a few minutes.
Combine first 6 ingredients with 1 can of tomato paste.
Chill for 1 hour.
Mold into a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Pour second can of tomato paste over meat loaf and bake additional 20 minutes or until nicely glazed.
