Generously grease a quiche pan or deep dish pie
Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in quiche pan.
Combine eggs, sugar, milk and cayenne pepper and beat until well blended.
Pour combined mixture over mixture in quiche pan.

Cover with paper towel.
Microwave on High 6 to 7 minutes or until crispy.
Set aside.
Place frozen pie shell in quiche pan. Microwave on High for 1 minute.
Press into shape of quiche pan. Brush with small amount Worcestershire sauce for color.
Prick with fork.
Microwave on 70% for 5 to 6 minutes or until light brown spots just begin to appear in crust.
Crumble bacon, cheese and onions in bottom of pie shell.
