Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sheets phyllo dough, halved
    1 None onion, sliced
    4 oz shaved ham, coarsely chopped
    1 cup reduced fat milk
    3/4 cup fat free evaporated milk
    4 None eggs
    1/2 cup grated reduced fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly spray a 9-inch quiche pan with no stick cooking spray.
    Spray each phyllo sheet with cooking spray. Place in quiche pan, overlapping pastry to cover bottom and sides completely. Bake for 10 mins.
    Heat a medium skillet on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Cook onion 2 mins. Add ham and cook for 2 mins. Spread in crust.
    Whisk milk, evaporated milk and eggs in a medium bowl. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 30-35 mins, until firm.
