Crustless Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    1/2 c. canned French fried onion rings, crumbled
    1 c. (5 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in quiche pan.
    Combine eggs, sugar, milk and cayenne pepper and beat until well blended.
    Pour combined mixture over mixture in quiche pan.
    Cook on Medium for 13 to 14 1/2 minutes or on High for 9 minutes.
    Stir two times during first half of cooking time.
    Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes to complete cooking.
