Quuuiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pastry
    1 1/2 cups sifted flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    6 tablespoons soft butter
    2 tablespoons shortening
    3 to 5 tablespoons cold water
    Quiche
    8 slices bacon cooked
    1 medium onion chopped
    8 ounces shredded swiss cheese 4 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Pastry
    Sift flour and salt, cut in butter and sahortening. Sprinkle salt, water and toss into a ball. Cover and chill 3 hours. Roll quick crust. Bake at 425 degree oven for 15 minutes

    Quiche
    Fry bacon till crisp save 3 or 4 slices and crumble rest. Saute onion till soft. Beat eggs add milk nutmeg salt pepper sprinkle cheese in pie
