Put peaches in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt and sprinkle over peaches.
Sprinkle lemon juice and extract over peaches and dot with butter.
Put in preheated hot oven (400\u00b0) until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix up Bisquick using shortcake recipe on box.
Remove hot bubbly peaches from oven and drop shortcake mix onto hot peaches, covering top, not solid.
Put back in oven about 20 minutes more until shortcake is done.

Mix cake according to recipe on box and bake.
Let cake cool completely.
Mix jello.
Put holes in cake with a large fork, then pour entire jello mix over cake.
Let cake set for awhile to absorb jello.

Top with Cool Whip.

Combine all ingredients except chili sauce. Mix lightly but thoroughly.
Press into an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Zigzag top of meatloaf with chili sauce.

This is a low fat, low cholesterol recipe, adapted from Quaker Oat Bran recipe on its box, by a heart patient.
I've tried them and I think they are great.
There are other brands of oat bran on the market but I prefer the Quaker brand texture.
I don't like bran muffins too sweet so 2 tablespoons of sweetener is enough for me.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Shape meatloaf mixture into 10x6 inch loaf on rack of broiler pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until meatloaf doneness (160\u00b0F) beef, 170\u00b0F for turkey), until center and juices show no pink color.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Cover and refrigerate leftovers promptly and use within 2 days.

Beat margarine and sugars together until creamy; add eggs and peanut butter.
Beat well.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
Stir in Quaker oats. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet; with the back of a fork, press to make crisscrosses on each (if dough sticks to fork, occasionally dip fork in flour).
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 6 dozen.
Cream together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
In separate bowl, mix flour, oats (powdered in blender), salt and baking powder.
Mix creamed and dry ingredients.
Add chocolate chips, melted chocolate and nuts.
Place golf ball size or smaller on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
Cut the meatloaf into 1 inch thick slices, once thawed.
Beat the egg and barbecue sauce together.
Crush the Cheez-Its in a plastic bag with your rolling pin.
Dip each slice of meatloaf into the egg and barbecue mixture and then into the cheez-Its.
Fry them in a hot skillet with the vegetable oil.
Cook on each side, approximately 3 minutes, until browned on each side, and hot all the way through.
Top with swiss cheese. And throw em on a bun, and enjoy!
MEATLOAF:
Combine all meatloaf ingredients except the milk in
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats, chocolate morsels and nuts; mix well.
Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or 12 to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
Cool completely.
Makes about 5 dozen.
