Cook on high for about 2 hours chicken breasts, chicken stock, tomato sauce, green chilies, cream of chicken soup, taco seasoning, minced onion, and garlic powder.
Take out the chicken breasts and let them cool off enough to touch them. Then dice them up into bite sized pieces. Then, add the chicken back into the crock pot.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir. I covered the pot back up and reduced the setting to low and cooked the rest of the afternoon.
Place roast on large sheet of aluminum foil in baking pan or in a roasting pan with a lid.
Sprinkle soup mix over roast. Spread canned soup over all.
Seal foil securely or if using roasting pan, place lid on pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0
for 4 hours.

Season your chicken with the salt and pepper and put into crock pot.
Chop all of your veggies into medium size pieces and add to crock pot.
Add your fresh thyme, bay leaf, and red wine.
In a separate small mixing bowl whisk your flour in with your chicken broth. Add mixture to your crock pot, and lightly mix everything together.
Let cook for 6-8 hours on low.
