Mix the lemon juice, seasoned salt and oyster sauce together in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Pour over ribs, add fresh gound pepper to taste.
Marinate the ribs in the oyster sauce mixture for 5 hours or overnight.

If doing on the barbecue turn frequently and barbecue on low to prevent burning.

Baste both sides of ribs with Memphis Barbecue Sauce recipe 99023 and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Serve with extra sauce and lots of paper towels.

Place pork ribs in a large dutch oven. Add water and salt. Boil covered on simmering low heat for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes until fork tender. While ribs are boiling prepare sauce.
SAUCE: Saute chopped onion and celery in olive oil in a small saucepan.
Add ketchup, brown sugar, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and water. Simmer for one minute. Spoon on top of pork ribs which have been placed on a serving dish.

Parboil ribs in water with salt, garlic powder, sage and onion.
Combine barbecue sauce and honey in a bowl.
After ribs partially cook, drain.
In a large bowl or pan, arrange ribs with meaty side down.
Pour in barbecue sauce and marinate overnight, covered.

heat so the smoke does the cooking.

During the final 15 minutes, baste both sides of the
meat with barbecue sauce (in sauce section of this cookbook). Cut ribs into serving portions.
