Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. beef or pork ribs
barbecue sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

I like pork ribs best but this works good on beef, too.
Put ribs in 1 or 2 big pots.
Cover with water.
Add a spoonful of salt and a little pepper to each pot.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
Cover with lid and cook for about an hour.
Remove ribs and put in a baking pan.
I like a cast-iron Dutch oven.
Add a layer of ribs and cover with your favorite barbecue sauce.
Add more ribs and more sauce until all used.
Cook in oven at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and cook another 30 minutes.
