Savory Pork Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork ribs
    18 oz. barbecue sauce
    8 oz. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. sage
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 tsp. seasoning salt (optional)
    1 large green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Parboil ribs in water with salt, garlic powder, sage and onion.
    Combine barbecue sauce and honey in a bowl.
    After ribs partially cook, drain.
    In a large bowl or pan, arrange ribs with meaty side down.
    Pour in barbecue sauce and marinate overnight, covered.
    Cook in slow oven (300\u00b0
    to 325\u00b0) until tender. Additional salt or spices may be added.
    Can be cooked in crock-pot.
