Mix tuna fish, mayo, onion, celery and grated carrots together.
Just use as much onion, celery and grated carrots as you like.
Stuff into pocket bread and put 1 ounce fat-free cheese (I like Swiss) in each pocket.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut pocket bread in half.
Makes 4 good size pockets.
In a bowl combine all ingredients, except pocket bread.
Spoon 1/4 of chicken mixture into pocket of each bread half.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
Fry ground beef and drain.
Saute onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
Add hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic, chile powder and tomato sauce.
Mix well.
Saute for 10 to 15 minutes.
Stuff pocket bread with meat and some of the shredded cheese.
Place in baking dish.
After all pockets are stuffed, pour remaining cheese over top and cover with foil.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes. Serve with 2 slices of cucumbers and sour cream on top of each pocket.
Heat oil in non-stick saute pan on medium-setting.
Add onion, asparagus, sprouts, garlic, soy sauce, lemon herb seasoning and celery salt and cook until asparagus is tender.
Place tomatoes and turkey breast in a pita pocket and spoon vegetable mixture into pocket.
Place on serving plate and surround with berries and almonds.
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Set aside.
In skillet, melt butter.
Place pita in skillet, turning to butter both sides. Over low heat, brown lightly on both sides.
Cut pita in half and fill each pocket with salad.

Makes 4 servings.
Combine beef, onion and celery in a large skillet.
Cook until meat is browned. Drain off grease.
Add next 8 ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut pocket bread in half.
Fill each half with 1/3 cup of the meat mixture.
Yields about 8 sandwiches.
Take 1 pita pocket.
Cut the edges to make 2 round pieces. Top with cheese and favorite topping.
Cook until cheese melts.
In a large skillet, brown turkey and onion; drain.
Stir in pepperoni, Italian seasoning and pizza sauce.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Remove from heat; stir in half of the cheese.
Line each pocket bread half with lettuce leaf.
Fill each with 1/6 of turkey mixture.
Top each with 1/6 of remaining cheese. If desired, serve with additional pizza sauce.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
Preheat oven to 350 (I used toaster oven, temperature in other ovens may vary).
Put sauce in Pita Salad Pocket. Try to get it all on the inside.
Place all ingredients/toppings remaining, making sure to top with cheese.
**hint. I used a separate piece of alumunim foil to slightly prop up the open side so all the cheese didn't run out while baking it.
Bake at 350 around 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
** I have made with onions, green peppers as well. You can add crushed red pepper or jalapenos if you like pizza hot.
Cook onion in small amount of margarine with garlic.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until well blended.
Spoon into pocket bread that has been cut in half.
Make Rich Tea Biscuit dough, adding more milk to make a drop biscuit dough. Spread the dough 1/2 inch deep in an oblong 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Peel and pare apples; cut in eighths. Press apple slices into top of dough very close together. (It won't hurt if more than a layer thick.) Dot with butter or oleo. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Serve warm or cold with Lemon Sauce (recipe follows).
