Pocket Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked, diced ham, turkey or chicken
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
pocket bread
Preparation
-
Mix loosely.
Spoon into pocket bread.
Serve cold.
Or warm in microwave 30 seconds or until cheese melts.
Makes 4 servings.
