My Best Ever Pink Salmon Patties

Quick and easy!
Just add all ingredients into a medium size bowl; mix well.
Cover and let sit for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors and seasonings to merge together.
Form into patties.
Spray frying pan with butter flavored cooking spray (even though it does taste better if you put about 2 tablespoons butter in the frying pan let melt).
Place patties in pan; cook until crispy and dark golden brown on each side; about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, on medium to medium-high heat.

Mamma'S Own: Salmon Patties

When I was learning to cook, my mother started me on this recipe for salmon patties.
You can add a little more seasoning if you like, but this will surely get you started on something simple yet a delight to eat.
Hint:
Prepare side dishes of sweet peas and macaroni and cheese.

Drain salmon, reserving 1/3 cup liquid; flake. In medium bowl, combine salmon, scd bread crumbs, onion, and parsley.
Add reserved salmon liquid, eggs, lemon juice, and pepper; mix well.
Shape into 6 patties. In skillet, fry salmon patties in olive oil over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
Serve hot; garnish with lemon wedges.

Baked Salmon Patties

Pre-heat oven to 350'. Drain juice out of canned salmon. Make sure all off the bones are removed. Go ahead & crumble the salmon up. Add eggs, bread crumbs, onions * lemon juice. Add seasoning to taste. I like to use pepper & season salt. I sometimes use garlic salt & garlic pepper since I love garlic so much. Then just make your patties & place on pan. Place in oven for about 45 minute or until golden brown. Enjoy.
Note: You can flip salmon patties to brown on both sides.

In a medium size mixing bowl combine salmon, onion, egg, crackers, salt, pepper, and celery. Mix well.
Make patties out of salmon mixture and roll in cornmeal.
In a large frying pan over medium high heat oil for frying. Place salmon patties in oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Drain well. Serve warm.

Old Fashioned Salmon Patties

Make simple corn bread batter.
Drain can of pink salmon.
Fork the salmon until torn apart.
Add to corn bread batter and add egg. Salt and pepper to taste and add chopped onion, if you like.
Drop by double tablespoons into hot oil in cast-iron skillet.
Turn when brown.
