Royal Pink Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15.5 oz.) can Royal pink salmon (juice and all)
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    20 crackers, crumbled fine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Flake salmon, removing bones.
    Add all ingredients together and mix well.
    Should be very moist.
    Make out into patties and brown both sides in frying pan with cooking oil.
    Yields approximately 10 patties.
