Pink Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 large egg
    1/4 lb. crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Shape into patties.
    Heat electric skillet.
    In 1 cup cooking oil, fry patties until brown and crispy.
    Brown both sides.
    Makes 7 to 8 patties.
