Lay in single layer on greased shallow baking pan.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish.

Cook the spinach according to package directions and drain thoroughly.
Blend the flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg into fat in a saucepan.
