Oven Fried Perch Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. perch fillets
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Dip fillets in milk.
Combine crumbs, Parmesan and thyme. Coat fish with bread crumbs.
Lay in single layer on greased shallow baking pan.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish.
It is done when fish flakes easily with a fork.
